From I-95, take the Belvedere Road exit. Go west to Military Trail. Turn left (south) into the far right lane. Turn onto Golf Road directly south of the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Turn left into the driveway. There are five separate buildings connected by covered walkways. There will be new signage in the next few months that will have the blue logos for UF/IFAS, Palm Beach County, and the Mounts Botanical Garden.

From the Turnpike, exit east on Southern Blvd and turn left onto Military Trail. Get into the left turn lane after you pass the palm trees in the median. Turn left onto Orleans Court and drive behind the Salvation Army Thrift Store into the entrance of the Mounts Botanical Garden.
