Directions

From the east, north, or south:
(Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and eastern Palm Beach County)

  1. Take I-95 or Florida's Turnpike (from north or south).
  2. Exit on I-595 Westbound.
  3. Go west to Exit #7, Davie Road (not Davie Blvd.).
  4. Watch for signs; after veering to the right off I-595, you must shortly turn left at the Davie Road signal light, going underneath the I-595 overpass.
  5. From Exit #7 off I-595, go south on Davie Road for ½ mile.
  6. Turn right at Nova Drive (signal light).
  7. Continue west on Nova Drive for ½ mile to the first signal light, College Avenue.
  8. Turn left and go south on College Avenue for ¼ mile to the University of Florida, on the right, at 3205 College Avenue.
  9. *The long cyclone fence opens into an entrance marked by a low blue and white sign.

From the west:
(Belle Glade, Fort Myers, Naples, Sebring, South Bay, and Tampa)

  1. Take US-27 south from South Bay or I-75 east from Naples.
  2. Get on I-595 eastbound to Fort Lauderdale.
  3. About 8 miles east of US-27, you must carefully follow the signs to Fort Lauderdale, merging right onto and straight through the large spaghetti overpass, continuing on I-595 East to Exit #7, Davie Road.
  4. From Exit #7 off I-595, go south on Davie Road for ½ mile.
  5. Turn right at Nova Drive (signal light).
  6. Continue west on Nova Drive for ½ mile to the first signal light, College Avenue.
  7. Turn left and go south on College Ave for ¼ mile to the University of Florida, on the right, at 3205 College Avenue.

From the southwest:
(FIU Tamiami Campus, Homestead, and western Broward County)

  1. Take the Turnpike Extension (e.g., from western Dade County) to I-75 north and bear right onto eastbound I-595. (Do not continue straight into the Sawgrass Expressway.)
  2. Go east on I-595 to Exit #7, Davie Road.
  3. From exit #7 off I-595, go south on Davie Road for ½ mile.
  4. Turn right at Nova Drive (signal light).
  5. Continue west on Nova Drive for ½ mile to the first signal light, College Avenue.
  6. Turn left and go south on College Ave for ¼ mile to the University of Florida, on the right, at 3205 College Avenue.
